BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. NexGen is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your financial institution.

 

4.3 Payment Processing

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you authorize NexGen to charge the total order amount to your designated payment method. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. NexGen does not store your full payment card information on our servers.

 

5. Subscription & Auto-Ship Program

5.1 Enrollment

NexGen offers an optional subscription (auto-ship) program that allows you to receive recurring product orders at a discounted rate. By enrolling in the subscription program, you authorize NexGen to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at enrollment.

 

5.2 Billing & Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You will receive an email notification prior to each renewal charge. NexGen reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with at least 14 days' advance notice to the email address on file.

 

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, contacting our customer support team, or sending a written cancellation request to legal@nexgenpeptide.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. NexGen does not charge a cancellation fee.

 

5.4 Pausing or Modifying Your Subscription

You may request to pause or modify your subscription frequency, quantity, or product selection by contacting customer support. Changes are subject to availability and processing timelines.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

NexGen ships within the United States and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. NexGen is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

 

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NexGen is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

NexGen offers a satisfaction guarantee on first-time purchases, subject to the conditions of our Return Policy. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt. Subscription orders beyond the first shipment are eligible for return review on a case-by-case basis. Products must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a NexGen error.

 

8. SMS Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from NexGen Cellular Peptide, you consent to receive text messages regarding your orders, subscription updates, product information, promotions, and related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

 

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at legal@nexgenpeptide.com. Opting out of SMS communications does not affect your ability to make purchases or manage your account. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the NexGen website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, research summaries, and software, is the proprietary property of NexGen Cellular Peptide or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXGEN'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NEXGEN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexGen Cellular Peptide and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our products or website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (d) your breach of any applicable law or regulation.

 

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
